Please Note :

• Conference registration is mandatory for enrollment in any Preconference Course.
• Conduct of any Preconference Course is subject to achieving the minimum required number of participants. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify or cancel a course if the minimum enrollment is not met.
• Course fees are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise decided by the Organizing Committee.
• Gifts, course materials, certificates, and additional benefits, if any, shall be provided at the discretion of the respective organizing partner/sponsor.
• Preconference venues may vary depending on the course. Delegates are requested to carefully note the venue/location of their selected course. Detailed venue information will be communicated separately by the Preconference Coordinator.
• All communication, coordination, and course-related updates will be handled by the respective Course Coordinator and Organizing Committee.
• The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make necessary changes to the course schedule, venue, faculty, course content, or format if required.
• Registration for a Preconference Course implies acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
